A traditional Scottish links course located along 1.5 miles of scenic and rugged coastline near St. Andrews. Sea views dominate every hole. Golf has been played over this historic site since 1793. The course lies immediately against the sea with some shots directly carrying the foreshore. The R&A contributed financially to the course to secure golf rounds for use by local golfers and members of the R&A and other local Golf Clubs.

An absolute joy. Although it may not have the tradition that draws many golfers to other courses, give it time. We started our round in driving rain, but were peeling off the layers on the back nine as the sun broke through. I measure great course by how, or if, I remember each hole. I can recall each hole distinctively. The par 5 12th is incredible. If you think this course is too "new" to include in your itinerary, think again. Make sure you play this one!
