Very pleasant course. Course was described as "Scottish Links". Since I have not played in Scotland, I cannot say how true of a description this is, though. Hardly any trees on the course. Greens were not bad, but bumpy in places. Rough was a little thick, which made finding balls difficult. Be sure to use new, shiny balls to make them easier to find. My biggest complaint is that the maps either at the tee box or on the score card do not show the bunkers. Some fairway bunkers are not visible from the tee. It was difficult to determine how to play a couple of holes without a yardage book of some kind. Anyway, it was a lot of fun. (And extremely windy on the day we played.)
