Robert Trent Jones Junior redesigned 18 of the original 27 holes at Da-Shee Resort in preparation for this year's Johnny Walker Cup. The result is quite refreshing. All the Trent Jones trademarks are there: undulating fairways, well positioned bunkers, contoured greens, interesting and heavily bunkered short par fours, a number of approach shots that have to avoid water on the left or right, and the absence of blind shots. If you are already familiar with Trent Jones courses this one does not offer any suprises.
