This course is set in the hill country, providing a beautiful and very challenging course. Very inexpensive (you could ride for around $25) and not often crowded during the week. A great alternative to the sometimes crowded Austin golf scene.

This is a very challanging and beautiful. Elevated tee boxes, and long par 5's make this one of my favorite courses to play in the Austin, Texas area. I walked the first nine holes, then decided to rent a cart for the remaining back nine. Very hilly, and vast fairways. Highly recommend, I paid $31 for my round with a cart.
