Course Reviews

Course Name Rainier Golf & Country Club
Location Seattle, Washington, USA
Comments from Stan Foreman, Seattle, Washington, USA
One of the oldest courses in the Northwest established in 1919. Tough track that plays much longer that its 6300 yard length. Fast, tiered greens make it difficult to score. 11th hole at 434 yards it one of the hardest par 4's anywhere. Rainier recently upgraded fairways in a complete drainage program and now plays "dry" year around. Excellent course and close to downtown Seattle (15 minutes).
