This is the second time I have been honored to pay this course. Wow, what a treat. This course will eat you up if you're not long and straight. I usually shoot in the 80's, but had a 96 there, January 30, 1999. Lots of double bogeys but did manage 6 pars, including the famous 17, made with a nine iron that was 10 feet from the pin. Got pictures to prove it. However, 18 at 450 plus yard par 4 took 8 shots to get it home including 2 in the water. Play this if you love golf and golf courses. Jacksonville has extremely great courses. I will return. Eric 12HC.
