Limerick Golf Club is one of Irelands oldest, founded in 1891 it has a long and distinguished history. This parkland course has mature tree-lined fairways, a wide range of challenging holes and several water hazards, particularly on the par 5, 6th hole. L imerick Golf Club has a strong and successful tradition of success in inter-club competition for both men and ladies golf. The crowning event, a win in the European Cup in 1980, a unique feat for an Irish Golf Club. Just 3 miles on the south side of Lime rick City, the Club is within easy reach of the city centre hotels and other accommodation.
