Excellent value for the money. Well maintained fairways and relatively fast bent grass greens that are moderately sized. OB rarely in play. Water is a major factor on only a few holes. Sand traps are generally flat with a few having calf-to-knee high f ront lips. Sand is fairly hard in texture causing the ball to sit high. Challenging variety of holes that are generally open with light rough on rolling terrain. Pro shop is clean and stocked mostly with clothes, balls and very few clubs. Snack bar is ave rage with reasonable prices but no beer. Driving range is about 100 yards from the pro shop but the practice putting area is right by first tee. Most challenging and beautiful hole is #9--a par 5 that doglegs left around a lake.
