There are so many memorable courses on Ireland so it is hard to point out one specific, but one course not so often mentioned is The European Club. This new linksland course contains everything you can imagine. It is narrow, long, and challenging. Neverth eless, it is fair with very few blind shots, landing areas exists for every category and most of the time the landing area is visible from the tee. It is hard to believe that this course was established in 1992. Only an hour drive from Dublin, it is a mus t when in area.

Had an opportunity to play a few times this Pat Ruddy designed and owned 20 hole course in Sept. while working on another Pat Ruddy course at Druids Glenn. Beauty ! Ball eater ! Unless you keep it in the middle.
