| I'm not too sure of yardage from back tee's or the course slope and rating. The course has just been redesigned. The USGA has not came out and checked it yet. The greens are a new Champions Bermuda and are true and fast. The course dosen't play long. It has three par 3's and par 5's on the front side. The par 5 fifth hole is reachable, but tricky. To reach it you have a 20-30 yd. landing area off the tee on the left side of the fairway, and the approach area to the green is to the right with sand traps all around and front. The hole only plays 478 yards. The back side plays slightly easier, except it has the two longest par 4's on the course that mostly play into the wind. There is a reachable par 5 with a island green playing 491 yadrs. The seventeent h is a drivable par four playing 310 yards, bigger hitters have no problem, the smaller hitters need a tail wind. The entire course is a beautiful layout, undulating greens, fairway bunkers carefully placed, and water coming into play on 13 of the holes. The course is fun to play and depending on the conditions can be rewarding. On dry calm days you can shoot good, but on windy wet days the course can get to you. |
