Exceptionally well maintained fairways and very fast bent grass greens that are fairly large in size. OB sometimes in play. Water is a major factor on several holes. Sand traps are generally flat with a few having calf-to-knee high front lips. Sand is fa irly soft in texture causing the ball to sit low. Flat terrain with moderately wide fairways and moderate rough. Pro shop is clean and stocked mostly with clothes, balls and very few clubs. Snack bar is good with igher than average prices. Driving range and practice putting area is right beside pro shop. Courteous greeters at the first tee gave us great information on distance markings, conditions, and tips on playing the course.
