| I lived in Greeley for over two years, and Boomerang Links is the course which I most often played; it is affordable, in an easily reachable location, and a decent challenge. If you're only looking to play nine holes, ask for the back nine. The front nin e is flat, straight, and most holes are quite the same (road on the left, water hole on the right); however, the back nine is beautiful, running through a nice housing development...and the holes are each very different. If you'll be playing the front nine and you don't hit straight every time, bring a bag full of balls; I once used ten on only the front nine. Oh, and there are a load of great restaurants (for after your round), if you turn left onto Rt. 34 West and go about a couple of miles down the road. Enjoy! |
