Very inexpensive, and ought to be. The course is poorly laid out, the roughs are often just skinned dirt, and the housing development on each side borders so closely on the course that an errant shot can hit a wall and bounce back to the middle of the fa irway. We saw that happen at least three times in one round. The less pretentious munis are better values.
