This short 18 hole track is nestled in the valley below Lake Chabot. A little creek runs along the right side of 8 of the front 9 holes and is in play. Although the course is short, it compensates as you will need to hit a straight shot to keep it in play . Course conditions vary depending on time of year. Spring and early summer is typically the best. It often gets crowded because the price is right and the views are really nice. You can expect 5 hour rounds in the summer after 11am. There are no houses and you really feel like you have gotten away from the city. Deer and other wild life can often be seen on or near the course. Recent storms and run off flooded the course and closed it for several months (since December 97). It recently re-opened to play .
