| I recently played this course for the first time, and now I have to re-evaluate my golf game. I played the Timber-Trail combination and it is safe to say that there is a premium on ball striking accuracy especially off the tee. If you cannot hit the ball at least 175 yards and keep it within a width of 45-50 yards forget it! I have never played a course where the trees come into play like this. I heard that they had to modify the original course design because members complained that it was too hard. However, a spectacular golf setting in a remote location, not crowded at all. This is challenging golf at its best. |
