| The BEST KEPT SECRET and VALUES within an hour of Atlanta. Most golfers think it is for students, faculty, and alumni only, BUT it is a public course open to anyone that can afford the $$$ and its very reasonable when compared to other courses within an hours drive. UGA alums, students, faculty get discounts. A Robert Trent Jones layout. |

| Played there on 8/19/01. Pleasantly surprised. With cart ended up being $43. Typical Robert Trent Jones design course-no badly designed golf holes. Par 3's leave no room for error. Very hilly course so you're better off taking a cart in the heat. Fairways were excellent the greens were okay to roll the ball with but they held very well. Even though it ended up costing us more than expected, it's definitely worth the trip since a course like this in Atlanta would run about $70. Will definitely play again. August/01 |
