My wife and I played there in June. On a clear day, golfers can see the Olympic Mountains across the Bay. But we didn't see them because of heavy cloud cover. But the course is most interesting. The course condition is an 8- which is good for a daily fe e golf course. What made Olympic View exceptional is its layout and the scenery, even though we did see the Olympics. A player has to think about where to put the ball on every hole. My favorite is the #14. A short but devilish par 4 with a very elevated green that will make the hole play at least 30 yds longer. A lengthwise pond that covers half the width of fairway leaving the landing zone of the tee shot only about 20 yds wide. BUT, as a equalizer, there is a 20 foot high embankment on the left side for the adventurous! In other words, shoot for the embankment. I only played there once, but would love to do it again. Next time, I will have a better spot to bank my ball off the cliff. Also of interest are two waterfall holes. Neither of them come int o play, but so interesting to see.
