This is one of the most unique and challenging courses I've played. I played Sunbrook the same week and while I enjoyed it, it does not compare to Entrada.

It was a very beautiful setting and the spectacular views sometimes distracted my game. Narrow fairways and some small greens dictated hitting the right club. I enjoyed this course very much.

One of the most scenic and challenging courses in the S.W. United States. With narrow fairways and trouble lurking with a mis-directed tee shot, confidence is a must off the tee! Once that has been accomplished, the course can be very rewarding in terms of scoring well. However, if one is struggling with one's tee shots, scores will skyrocket. If, for just one reason to play this course, it would be to experience holes 15, 16 and 17. These holes, a par4, a par5 and par4 respectively, were created over an ancient black lava flow. These 3 holes will make or break your round. A must play course, although sometimes, a "Torture-Track"! May/99

A great course from tee to green in a beautiful setting. The greens ruin this course. There is no risk reward factor. You can hit two great shots to these greens and make bogey or double. October/99

| Played Entrada Saturday, (2/2/02). First, I want to say it's a beautiful course with postcard views. The greensfees seemed steep for the St. George area, but you get what you pay for. The range is top notch with complimentary range balls, good putting and chipping greens and a nice clubhouse. As for the course, it was a love/hate relationship. This course will bring you to your knees with it's narrow fairways, small/undulated greens and high winds. It was a very windy day for me and that made the course that much more difficult. The holes that are set in the lava rock were extremely challenging. Forget looking for your ball if it goes in the lava rock... even if you find it, it will be chewed up. This course will please the single digit handicappers, but for me (I'm play off an 18), it was a little TOO challenging. I parred and bogied many holes, but there were holes where I really blew up on, scoring triple bogies and one quadruple bogey. The greens, being small, require a high, or spinning approach shot or the will roll off leaving you no shot or an extremely difficult shot to get back up on the green. I'm glad I played it, but I doubt I'll play it again any time soon... not until I improve my game enough to warrant challenging this course again. Bring your camera as this course is beautiful!
