The Ring of Kerry Golf course, 4 miles from Kenmare, is a very fine layout with with wonderful views of Kenmare Bay and the best greens that I played during my recent two weeks in Ireland. It is difficult to walk (as it is built on a hillside) but what a nice course and for 50 punt well worth the value. I usually don't play parkland courses while in Scotland or Ireland but this is a must play. Plus the clubhouse facilities are very nice.
