There is some air service in and out of St. George, including service provided by Skywest Airlines, a regional air carrier with headquarters in St. George. The course can be unbearably hot in the summer months, except for the early morning hours. Afternoo n temperatures typically fall in the 100 to 105 degree temperature range. In the spring, fall and, a little less so, winter the weather is terrific for Sunbrook. Sunbrook is a desert course with fairly significant elevation changes on many holes. At the higher elevations the views of Utah's redrock desert country are spectacular. The course offers great challenge, including a rather steeply sloping uphill par five and a 200 yard plus par three to a peninsula shaped green surrounded on three sides by wate r.

About an hour and a half from Vegas this is one of the most scenic courses I've ever seen. Under $30 with cart. Some very dramatic elevation changes on the course. Really a must to play if you are in Las Vegas with a car.

I live in Salt Lake, about a 4 hour drive from St. George. I try to make it down there at least once a month. Sunbrook is on top of my list for making reservations to play everytime. It has great golf holes. The pros and staff are the friendliest in St. George. It's just an all around great golf experience... February/02
