North Battleford Golf and Country Club

The North Battleford Golf & Country Club is a parkland style course that sits nicely alongside the North Saskatchewan River. This is a great 18-hole, Par 72 course that has matured nicely since opening for play in 1969.

Course yardage ranges from 4,878 to 6580 yards, making this course attractive to all skill levels. The wide fairways are flanked by a variety of mature Poplar, Aspen, Birch or Pine trees. Fairways are mown to a nice height and the rough is forgiving. Fairways turn gently both right and left and it seems that they have placed their bunkers in all the right places to challenge both your drives and approach shots into the greens. The course will favor the golfer that has the ability to work the ball both ways as well as dead straight. Water hazards of which there are only three, don't really come into play.

Greens are of a generous size and are more than receptive to holding a well struck approach shot. Your putting skills will be tested as the contours and undulations vary from subtle to significant. All the greens rolled consistently at a nice pace. There are some minor elevation changes but this is a course that one can walk with ease.

The pro shop is well stocked and the restaurant offers a full menu and is an ideal place to relax after your round.

Overall course conditioning, service, affordability and the consistent playing surfaces provide for a memorable round of golf. The natural beauty of the river valley and ultimate challenge of the game come together nicely to create a great golfing experience.

Excellent course. Played a few times here but it is in amazing condition right now. Greens were fantastic. Staff was great. Only reason for a 4 star on off course was a long wait at the turn window. Will definitely play again.

Cheap round. Greens and fair ways were covered with leaves… I mean covered.
Other than that the coarse was awesome.

The course is in perfect condition right now. Fast greens. Great views of the river valley. Awesome staff.

Played North Battleford course last week. Very enjoyable round. They hooked me up with 3 others and we had a great day. excellent fairways, very nice and very large greens. They were working on the traps, edging, raking etc. Traps were very good as well. Good deal on golf now. $36. A couple holes u need to play second time to score well but I Will definitely make my way back to play again. Very nice staff. Inside and outside. Robert.

According to the gold now app I paid for a round and a cart. When we got to the course they told me a pull cart was included and not a power cart so had to pay extra. I would have just booked through the course knowing this

The course was in great shape and the greens were all in great shape.

If you are in west central Saskatchewan this is a course that you will also enjoy. Stay on the fairway and you will enjoy good results.
