Challenging

This is target golf. True links course with well placed bunkers and the rough is brutal. Nice layout and fair.

Challenging course

The Island (or "L'île" as we say in french) is a very challenging but fair course situated at the far east of the island of Montréal.
Landings areas are generally not as generous as its twin course, the Ireland, thanks to mature trees bordering every single hole.
On this september sunday morning, conditions were very good: fairways were a strong A and greens were B+ (part of the 8th and 9th having a rough summer) because of pitch marks left behind by golfers who don't seem to care... Anyhow, they rolled very well and speed was above average.

Would recommend. Will return.
