Worth the drive
Loved everything about this course. Started off with a couple strolling acorss the first fairway while we were waiting to hit our first drive of the day and ended with what I must assume were the same deer on the 17th
Thought this course is a must play, great value for any golfer. very fun course for golfers of any level. What I remember about this course is that there is no holes that are similar. Every hole is completely different, and you could hit every club in your bag which is what golf is about to me, a thinking course if you will. A couple of blind shots with a few risk and reward holes
Greeat 19th hole too with decent food

Great course Great value
Avon Valley is a nice course located only 35 mins from Halifax it has a some what challenging old school layout with very speedy greens. I very much enjoyed the course and so did all my playing partners it was our second round of the year there and both were great.
The two negatives I got from my trips there. One they say that they have a practice area but its not easy to get to at all and they dont even sell range balls for it! It seems as though it is for members only. TWO the staff was not friendly at all the lady on in the morning was very unwelcoming and the teenager on in the afternoon would looked half asleep and barley said a word when we asked a question. other then that we got on for a great deal at a great time!
