Oh, let me tell you about Sunstone Golf Club - Bar & Grill – From the moment I stepped onto the turf, I was greeted with such warmth.
The vibe there is something else. Picture this: you're sitting out on their patio, and all around you are these gorgeous views of the mounatins & golf course. It's like dining in paradise, seriously. And the best part? It's super chill, but still classy.
The good stuff – the food! Oh man, where do I even start? Their menu is like ... YUMM! The bartenders knew their stuff, Let me tell you! Whether you're into cocktails, wine, or beer,
But what really blew me away was the service. These folks go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. Need a recommendation? They've got you covered. Special dietary needs? No problem. They're friendly, attentive, and just all-around awesome.
So yeah, if you're looking for a place to play & eat that's got it all – amazing food, killer drinks, gorgeous views, and top-notch service – then go here! You won't be disappointed.
Nice day in Pemberton
Great setting for course. A great small town, well maintained course. Restaurant was closed for cleaning. Good value and not that far from Whistler. Pace of play was average as most golfers walked as it is a pretty level course in the valley. Will play again next time I'm in Whistler in the summer.
No Bugs
We enjoyed the front 9 and they allowed us to play it twice. My wife and I are average golfers and it made the round much more enjoyable.
Gem of a course
Friendly staff. Great pricing. Gorgeous views. Perfect weather. Doesn't get much better.
db
played the course as a storm was approaching so we got a riding cart. Storm did not affect us much. The staff was very friendly both in the dining room and at the pro shop.
We played quickly on the front nine and extremely fast on the back as we had the course to ourselves and I was playing as a single. I stopped after the back nine and was able to play it again. I played it twice in two hours.
Will definitely play it next time we are here. It is worth the drive from Whistler. Price is a fraction of the courses in Whistler.
Poor Condition and Bugs
Have played this course several times over past few years. Probably the worst condition I have experienced. Lots of bare spots on tee boxes and fairways. Lots of very wet spots on fairways. Greens very slow. Mosquitoes on back nine were brutal. Some black flies as well. OK for Golfnow Hot Deal price. Regular price of $70.00 for walking is too high for the conditions. Cart price of $56.00 is also steep.
Decent course but not enjoyable
Arrived there 3 hours early in order to dine out at the club house and then 1 hour warm up as usual. There is minimal putting green without holes and no practice facility. The staff expressed unhappy and blamed me about showing up too early though he let me play 1hour early as the course was empty.
Too much mosquitos all around the course, the spray didn't work and got about 100 bites. They literally attacked me anywhere visible including face. Basically, was not able to focus at all. Still feel so itchy everywhere:)
A little pricey for the condition.
I know It’s early season but tee boxes were not in good condition..
The greens are really slow & it is a bit pricey for early season.
Nice local course
In great shape for this time of year, in drought conditions.
