In a career full of glorious achievements, including gaining 2,003 yards rushing in 1973, the Naked Gun movies, the murders of his wife and her friend, and the O.J. Simpson Trial, O.J. Simpson is preparing for his next blockbuster smash - his new book “If I Did It, Here’s How It Happened.”
The book will be released on Nov. 30 by Regan Books, which carries the motto “Soul? Who the hell needs a soul when you can make money?”
Prior to the publication of the book, Simpson will sit down with Publisher Judith Regan for a two-part interview where he’ll describe how he killed Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman, IF (wink, wink) he actually had killed them.
In the Fox interview, Simpson will talk about the ridiculous amounts of blood he spilled that night, IF (nudge, nudge) it was actually him that had gone on a knife-wielding rampage.
“O.J. Simpson: If (Nudge, nudge. Snap, snap. Grin, grin. Wink, wink, say no more) I Did It, Here’s How It Happened,” will air Nov. 27 and Nov. 29 on Fox, follwed by the wacky special “World’s Zaniest Horrific Murders.”
Of course, if O.J. Simpson can get iffy, so can a humble golf blogger.
* If Tiger Woods really cared about the Fed-Ex Cup, do you think he’d be hawking his wares in Asia right about now?
* If you blow off an interview with Chris Baldwin and he whines about it, does that make you a jerk or him a whiner? The Critical Sports Blog picks the latter.
* If a company made flavored golf tees, would you take them for a test taste?
* If Fox News is paying terrorists millions to release their employees, how much should Tim Finchem pay Phil Mickelson’s family to release him?
* If Cristie Kerr wins the ADT Championship, and with it the LPGA’s money title, because of one great round, would that make the LPGA “playoff” system as ridiculous as it currently sounds?
* If a Wie falls in Hawaii, will anyone hear it?
