U.S. World Cup performance easily inspires jokes

After watching the U.S. tank like a group of frightened children in a 3-0 loss to the Czech Republic, and Italy destroy Ghana, 2-0 in the World Cup, this thought occurred to me:

If LPGA golfer Virada Nirapathpongporn met and married Ghana attacker Razak Pimpong, she could become Virada Pimpong-Nirapathpongporn.

Sadly, that joke, in all its lameness, was better than anything that happened to the U.S. soccer team today.
