We're designed to run on the balls of our toes, however when we encase our toes in trainers we strike the ground with our heels and roll via the length of our foot. This is the place corrective trainers come into play, as a result of many people have a roll either inwards or outwards as their foot contacts the floor - an excessive amount of of either way creates immense pressure on your physique and will result in injury.
