If you're a golfer overseeding in Arizona can definitely put a damper on your game. I made the mistake of not setting up a tee time and driving down to my favorite course where I can always walk on and well they were overseeding. At least I know the greens will be in great condition next time I play there. I even started getting my sod from a local sod farm that does some of the big courses in town, Evergreen Turf. Let me tell you their sod for homes is just as amazing as the sod they put on the greens, now if I only had enough land to build a course in my backyard.
