From Las Vegas, with love: Free Father's Day golf at Royal Links or Desert Pines
The best Father’s Day present for your golfing dad certainly isn’t a tie or even a dozen golf balls; it’s treating Dad to a round of golf. Even better would be doing it in Las Vegas, and Walters Golf is making it that much easier with a special Father’s Day promotion.
This Sunday, if you’re from out of state, you can treat your dad to free round of golf at either Desert Pines Golf Club or Royal Links Golf Club as long as you book an accompanying round at the regular rate. All you have to do is book a tee time and call the course afterwards to book the free spot for Pop. (Golfers must show an out-of-state ID at the course on Sunday to be eligible.)
Both of these courses are very memorable, especially if your dad has never played them before. Desert Pines, by Dye Design, features thousands of imported Carolina Pines, bentgrass greens and great conditioning. Royal Links, with its castle-style clubhouse and great selection of Scotch whiskeys, pays tribute to the great courses of the British Open rota, including the Old Course at St. Andrews, Turnberry and this year’s host, Muirfield. Either way, you and your dad are sure to have a good time, and if you play early enough, you can hang around at either clubhouse to watch the conclusion of the U.S. Open.
