Chill out with fall and winter golf getaways in Orlando
If it’s starting to get a little chilly where you are, this is the season to make your way down to the Orlando, Fla., area for a little golf and a lot of fun.
If you’re into Disney World, and who isn’t, there are a couple of package deals being offered now that will have you playing golf in the middle of Mickey Mouse country.

Another option for Orlando visitors is the new Waldorf Astoria and Waldorf Golf Club, designed by Rees Jones. Golf packages at the luxurious Waldorf Astoria start at $279 per night.
Located in the center of 482 acres around Bonnet Creek, the Waldorf Astoria is a true retreat. Though it’s not readily apparent, it’s surrounded on three sides by Disney World, and Waldorf guests are provided with free transportation to the theme parks and attractions.

Winding through a wetland preserve with no houses on it, the course measure more than 7,100 yards from the back tees, but is playable by all levels.
