I believe that Tiger has the right attitude to golf when it comes to golf fitness training. What the likes of Norman and Faldo started in the 80's, Tiger has taken to a whole new level.

I have always said that you have to be fit for golf if you want to stay at the top for a couple of decades. Tiger's knee surgeries are a good example of the bodies ability to heal quicker when you are in good shape and eat a healthy and balanced diet.

I have to agree with Mike; Not only has Tiger taken golf to a whole new place but I think that he has put more focus on the fitness side of golf. Just by hitting the gym twice a week I have noticed a vast improvement in my game.
