Tiger Woods: Practice at "full bore;" Harrington headlines Buick Invitational

Tiger Woods has said on his Web site that he’s hitting full shots and training with coach Hank Haney to return to competition. Woods said he won’t return to the PGA Tour, however, until the birth of his second child, expected next month …

“I did some work with Hank Haney for a few days last week and it’s all good,” Woods said on his site. “I’m full-bore with my practice sessions and have no restrictions; it’s just a matter of getting my golf endurance up. I don’t have my golf stamina back yet.”

Meanwhile, be looking for Padraig Harrington to make a strong start at this week’s Buick Invitational. Harrington has won three of the last six majors and will be making his 2009 PGA Tour debut at Torrey Pines …

Well that good news for other golf competitors. But for a Tiger Woods fan like me it is sad. I am dying to see that man on the PGA tour
