Kenny Perry closed with a 3-under-par 69 Sunday to win his third Memorial title. Tiger Woods is the only other three-time winner at the event Jack Nicklaus built. The win is a big step toward Perry making the Ryder Cup team for the matches in Kentucky later this year …
