Tiger to design first U.S. golf course in N.C.; Johnson to compete in Skins Game

Tiger Woods announced yesterday plans to design his first American golf course in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Asheville, N.C., at a community called The Cliffs at High Carolina. There is no deadline for completion, and Woods said the beautiful land will dictate the design …
