At 19 years old, Jason Day became the youngest golfer to win a Nationwide Tour event with his victory Sunday at the Legend Financial Group Classic. Day closed with a 4-under-par 67 for an overall 268 at Stonewater Golf Club …

“I’ve worked so hard for this, so it’s great to come out with the win,” Day told the media. “It was a goal of mine to win on the Nationwide Tour during my first season, so to accomplish that is nice.”
