Annika Sorenstam, Pat Hurst prepare for U.S. Open playoff while J.J. Henry has a good weekend

Annika Sorenstam and Pat Hurst were the only players to reach level par at the U.S. Women’s Open, and now they’ll have to play 18 more holes in a playoff to decide the winner. And the playoff will start at 9 a.m. EST

Michelle Wie was in contention throughout in another major, but once again fell short, finishing two shots off the lead with a 2-over-par total …

J.J. Henry had a good weekend. He became the first Connecticut player to win his hometown’s Buick Championship, which was also his first career PGA Tour win. He also moved up all the way to sixth place in the Ryder Cup standings. And earned a spot in the British Open …
