Jack V's Arnie II, Can Michelle Wie fix her game in time?, It's raining in Dublin
We are used to hearing about the Nicklaus V’s Palmer on course battles. Things have changed recently and the battle is now waged using their two tournaments as reference. Which one is viewd by the pro’s as being better?
If Michelle Wie finishes in the top 18 at Canoe Brook Country Club’s North Course she will be the first woman to qualify for the U.S. Open. But is her game up to it?
Just like in Ireland, Dublin Ohio is receiving downpours that cause havoc at the Memorial.
With all the talk centred around the bunkers, Steve Flesch managed to avoid all of them and lead the field.

If you are going to say something, I suggest you say something.
There is an article about Wie gearing up to try to qualify for the U.S. Open on Yahoo sports.
Apparently she is having a little difficulty with her swing.
Thank you for the link to Leadbetter's comment about MW's tempo. I had read elsewhere about MW struggling and having problems with her swing--those were too vague.
That Leadbetter was pleased with MW's work on her tempo on the range was good news. That tempo thing becomes huge on the North Course with the length and the small greens. A minute change in the angle of the club face on contact with the ball will result in spraying shots all over the green (as was noted on one of MW's practice holes).
Your short note with the link was great. Thank you, again
