Video golf tip: Better pitching is golf's 2 for 1 special
Okay WorldGolf.com golfers, here’s a way to practice one area of your game and get a bonus. Pitching in the Red Zone is a way to lower your scores for sure, but it also serves a second purpose. This is where a person can make great progress on the hitting the ball solid and building a skill that will transfer to their full-swing irons. I call it a 2 for 1. The same essential skills necessary for your full swing are all present in the pitch shot.
In the video below, there are a couple of ideas and tips to help you develop your pitching so you can birdie the par 5’s and short par 4’s and make par when you get in trouble off the tee.
