I'm Charlie King. Please Allow Me to Introduce Myself
Not everybody can win the Masters. There’s only that select one each year. For me, golf instruction is about helping golfers win their Masters, whatever that personal goal may be. It’s a distinction that has guided in how we have developed the programming for Reynolds Golf Academy.
I have been fortunate enough to be ranked among the Top 100 Golf Instructors by GOLF Magazine and named to the top instructors lists by GOLF Magazines such as Golf Digest (2000, 2001, 2004) and Athlon Golf’s Elite Eight. I joined Reynolds Plantation in March 2006 as director of instruction. I have written two books, “You’re NOT Lifting Your Head” (now available at www.reynoldsgolfacademy.com as a free e-book download), and “Golf’s Red Zone Challenge” (which will be re-released this spring with 36 additional pages of golf instruction).
After graduating from Tennessee Tech in 1987, I began my golf career in 1988 as an assistant pro, then as a teaching pro at Swing’s the Thing Golf Schools at Orange Lake Country Club. In the 1990’s, I taught at The Golf Academy of the South where he took great pride in helping students achieve their own dreams in the golf industry. I have been a director of instruction at Tuscawilla Country Club in Winter Springs, Fla., PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. and Reynolds Plantation. I was teaching professional at Nantucket GC in 2004 and 2005.
A few more bio items:
* I’ve appeared as a guest instructor on Golf Channel’s Academy Live.
* Recipient of the prestigious NFPGA Horton Smith Award for contributions to education in 1997 and 2002.
* 17-year member of the PGA of America.
* I write instructional articles for GOLF Magazine, Athlon Golf and for my blog at reynoldsgolfacademy.com.
* I am a featured instructor for the CNN Airport Channel.
I look forward to giving you my outlook on golf and especially golf instruction. 2009 will be what we make out of it.

Thanks for introducing me to this world. I started reading "The New Rules of PR" and am looking forward to learning. I also enjoy helping my students win their own Masters.
Thank you for all your help.
Brian
