Um Ray???? Can you please tell me what Wie's former "precocious" greatness was? Are you referring to the US Pub links match play tournament way back 7 years ago? Or are you referring to the multitude of missed cuts, DQs and Withdrawals prior to her suspicious "injury"? Just curious.

Brandon, I take your point about not having to copycat the men's format, but perhaps USA vs Asia rather than singling out S. Korea would be more attractive to the market/sponsors - I would certainly watch it. Congrats. on Solheim, btw - I bet we scared you a bit on Sunday a.m.!

Spot on, Brandon. I just did a "What would Karsten do?" article and you know damn well, if the Solheim Cup was started today, it would be the U.S. against the world. Who cares how often we win. What a showcase for the ladies' talents...

Brandon, you've got it right. Quite a number of S.Korean's in in the game and they are doing quite well. The only thing that might stop us from hosting that is we might lose. The Asians seem to really do well at this game. I wonder why that is? Able to focus more? I think Yang said that is what helped him beat Tiger.
Anyway, yes Michelle Wie at least doubled her following this week. She did great and had some clutch shots and putts. These crowds were not what these girls are use to either. They all handled everything well and did what they came to do.
