I actually took a bachelor party to Green Mesquite on Friday night. It was great too. It just narrowly missed out on the Top 3 though, but I would recommend it to anyone too.

Haven't been to Ironworks yet...

You should probably add 2 more places. Green Mesquite on Barton Springs Road and Iron Works at 2nd and Red River. Good choices on the other three though.
