Myrtle Beach Golf Wizard package boasts dynamic foursome of Grand Strand courses for fall
It’s prime fall time for golf in Myrtle Beach right now, and one golf package showcasing some of the area’s better plays has caught my eye in particular.
The Myrtle Beach Golf Wizard three-night, four-round package includes a golf course condo and these four courses: Prestwick Country Club, Tradition Club, Founder’s Club and World Tour Golf Links.
I especially like the foursome of courses because it includes two great, under-publicized golf courses in Myrtle Beach: Prestwick and Tradtion, while Founder’s Club is a premium, new addition to the lowcountry courses of Pawleys Island. Prestwick is one of two Pete Dye-designed courses and keeps a lower profile than the Barefoot Resort’s Dye course. The Tradition Club, which I’ve praised before, lies in the shadow in a neighborhood of nationally recognized plays.
To the north just over the Highway 501 bridge, World Tour’s 27 holes round out the package, where you’ll play some of the world’s most famous golf holes from St. Andrews to Augusta National.
The package peaks at $459 for the fall and the price should drop further as we head into late November and the holiday season. Call (800) 391-1004 to book or click here.
These courses are all between the Central and South Strand. If you’re interested in the South Strand and Pawleys Island on a budget, click here for my recent feature.
