Free beer and replays with your golf package in Myrtle Beach
If there is a better marketing pitch than “free beer” I haven’t seen it, which is what drew me to a new package deal up on WorldGolf.com today.
The Arnold Palmer Pick Three vacation package lets you choose between the three golf courses at Legends: Moorland, Parkland and Heathland - as well as Oyster Bay and Heritage Club. You’ll also spend three nights at either the Sandcastle Pavilion or Sandcastle South Beach.
The package also includes breakfast, lunch and two free beers, plus free same-day replays after 5 p.m. Rates fluctuate throughout the rest of the year, from around $300 during the summer months, down to $180 between Thanksgiving and New Years, my personal favorite time to golf the Grand Strand.
If it were up to me, my pick three would start with Oyster Bay and Heritage Club - two of the most scenic golf courses in Myrtle Beach. The third would be a toss-up, but I’d probably opt for Heathland by a nose (though I’ve yet to play Moorland).
