Miami's title has the NBA/LPGA going in opposite directions.

It’s not fun to watch refs decide games on touch fouls, especially if a championship is on the line. I’ve got to give props to my boy Bill Simmons - whom I had a slight falling out with when he was Miami-biased last year - for this column on Page 2.

While the next ten years of the NBA will be filled with one-man shows and free throws, I think I’ll turn my attention to the LPGA. It’s got everything I thought the NBA did, including fresh phenoms, savvy vets and high drama on a weekly basis (at least the weeks I tune into watch, which aren’t that much yet, but hey I’ve still only got one foot on the wagon, dude).

So while Dwayne Wade throws himself with reckless abandon at the basket 20 times a game and gets fouled when the back of his head hits an arm for the next ten years, I’ll be watching some much more entertaining athletes in shorts. . .at least four times a year.

I also wanna thank the founders of golf for not incorporating a whistle into the game. I’m sure they were tempted.

Are you sure someone didn't blow the whistle on Michelle Wie at last year's Samsung?

Brandon: This Bill Bill Simmons Page 2 column you send readers to is more than freakin' 4,800 words long! Who the hell does this guy think he is, Chris Baldwin!? If you write something that long for us, I'll break your arm! Now get back to work, you pansy.

If one more person calls me a "pansy" I'm going to have to host a virtual arm wrestling contest.

eh. . .hockey doesn't really boil my blood quite yet, they've got a ways to go I think. Seems like this whole year didn't even really count.

whoever said that they would be watching sum more
interesting than Dwyane Wade can go kick rocks.
Dwyane Wade is as interesting as it gets. U can't
find a better basketball player than him. Dwyane Wade
gets all my attention. When he's on t.v., i'm not changing
the channel. I don't care if it is on commercial so u can roll with that stuff.

U said that u would rather watch hockey than watch Dwyane Wade play basketball. U gotta be the weirdest person on earth. Let me tell you about this basketball player we all know and love. His name is Dwyane Wade and I believe he can out score any player in the NBA. Not even KOBE BRYANT can get up wit him so u can bounce with that hockey mess.
