Tuesday April 10, 2007 | 11:08:33 am 140 words, 4305 views

Hey everyone. Well, after three great rounds of action, we are down to our finalists for Golf Blogger Survivor II. Each of these bloggers will be given one final word, which we’ll unveil, along with the bloggers’ usage of it next Tuesday. Then readers will have their say as we look to name the successor for last year’s winner: Golfchick.

So, without further delay, here are the finalists:

OobGolf.com
Deep Rough
London Golfer
The Golf Girl
Aspiring Golfer

Each one of these bloggers was strong throughout the competition, and also received the most votes from readers. For the rest of you, I can’t thank you enough for playing.

But now, it’s time to see some real originality and style, as our Final Five get ready to go after the Final Secret Word of Golf Blogger Survivor II!

Keep Blogging!!

I thought the recent masters was super..with the leaad changing several times on sunday...congratulations to Zach for his courageous play against all odds...Speaking of ODD..did anyone else think it ODD that Tiger could bury his club into the ground and CURSE.....No one seemed to notice,,it is the third time I have seen this happen..What was so surprising it that it occured at THE MASTERS,,,,

Hootie would never have let this go unnoticed...I THINK..

Ahh, to come so close, yet stand so far...I feel like Erica Kane / Susan Lucci at the Daytime Soap Awards. It is a travesty that the American golf blog public seems to love me so, yet the self-interested Blogger Leaderboard continues to ignore their pleas to elevate me to the finals. As with Erica / Susa, I will return in 2008, smile frozen on my face, to compete again. To the five 2007 finalists, good luck.
