An Armchair Golfer gets some advice from Luke Swilor, while Texas is getting some more golf
Golf bloggers are giving us all some advice on what clubs to use, and where to use them.
The Armchair Golfer gets some sound golf equipment advice from our favorite golfing blogger, Luke Swilor.
“It depends on how much you want to spend. The name brand clubs ARE much better than knock-offs, but as a beginner you don’t really need an expensive set to learn with. You probably wouldn’t notice a whole lot of difference. Once you get hooked you’ll want to get a better set, but a lot of used sets will do for now,” Swilor tells Armchair.
At Texas Golf, Bogey McDuff checks in to let us know that The Club at Comanche Trace is getting a new nine holes and that the new nine is scheduled to join the existing 18 in Fall 2007. You can see photos of the construction here.
Tony at the Hooked on Golf Blog is getting sassy … looking at the Sassy Swings ladies golf glove that is. Tony shows us some picture of the gloves and pronounces them “very girly,” which is good, I think.
Finally, SirShanksAlot is sharing some photos of the new Cleveland HiBore XL driver.
