New blogs focus on photography and golf architecture

Monday March 20, 2006 | 11:29:51 am 179 words, 1470 views

Golf bloggers come and go, as a recent blog at Hooked on Golf reminds us. Luckily, there seems to be more comings than goings lately, and its time to welcome some fun new blogs to the golf scene.

First off is a photo blog by the fabulous Frenchman Patrick Micheletti. Called One Day One Shot, Micheletti is planning to be a busy man to show off some of his favorite photography.

“The objective is to post one new golf shot each day, if possible from a recent and good shot, it’s not always easy, but a very fun challenge,” wrote Micheletti.

Then there are two new blogs about golf architecture that are definitely worth a read. Kyle Harris’ On Golf Architecture and Ian Andrew’s Caddy Shack are a couple really solid blogs that delve into an interesting subject.

“I believe a golf course architect’s job is not to define a series of difficult tasks, but to make the game as interesting and fun as he can,” writes Andrew.

So a big “welcome aboard!” from Blogger Leaderboard, guys!

Keep blogging!

Why thank you mediaguru!

Now, I was just wondering, am I the only one who wants to spend 20 or 30 minutes squeezing Patrick Micheletti's cheeks?? He is just too adorable :)
