FULL GIVE-AWAY RULES

Eligibility Requirements. To be eligible to participate, Give-Away entrants must be age 21 or older that have a valid mailing address to which prizes can be delivered. Employees of WorldGolf.com, LLC, Butch Harmon School of Golf, Harrah’s, and the employees' immediate families, are not eligible to participate in the Give-Away.

How to Enter. To enter, you must complete the required information on the form. Limit of one entry per person. Submission of invalid or incorrect information, including email addresses, shall make an entry void. WorldGolf.com is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, lost, or otherwise deficient or unusable entries.

Selection and Notification of Winner; Odds of Winning. Selection, Notification and Responsibility of Winner; Odds of Winning. Winners will be selected from eligible participants. Winners will be notified by email and phone around 10 days after the closing of the survey. There are 3 chances to win with the winners being drawn June 17th, August 10th and the grand prize winner be selected September 25th. The winner understands, acknowledges and gives WorldGolf.com, LLC permission to publish the winners name, pictures and possibly video once the selection is made on the WorldGolf.com network. The winner further agrees to cooperate in any interviewing requests by WorldGolf.com and/or LasVegasGolf.com. The winner agrees to The odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received. Winner will be notified via email and/or phone call. If the Winner fails to respond within 72 hours of notification, their winnings may be forfeited and another winner selected.

3 Prizes Available to Win. There is no cash value and the prize is non-transferrable.

The first prize includes (winner selected June 17th, 2008):

• 3 nights accommodations at a Harrah’s hotel property
• Two days of instruction with Butch Harmon and his Staff Professionals for one individual
• Computerized video analysis
• One nine-hole playing lesson at Rio Secco with Staff Professionals
• Lunch each day of the school
• Transportation provided between the Paris Hotel and Golf School

The second prize includes (winner selected August 10th, 2008):

• 3 nights accommodations at a Harrah’s hotel property
• Two days of instruction with Butch Harmon and his Staff Professionals for one individual
• Computerized video analysis
• One nine-hole playing lesson at Rio Secco with Staff Professionals
• Lunch each day of the school
• Transportation provided between the Paris Hotel and Golf School

The third and final Grand-Prize includes (winner selected September 25th, 2008):

• 4 nights accommodations at Caesars Palace Hotel Resort & Casino
• Three days of personal instruction with Butch Harmon and his Staff Professionals for one individual
• Computerized video analysis
• One nine-hole playing lesson at Rio Secco with Staff Professionals
• One eighteen-hole playing lesson at Cascata with Staff Professionals
• Lunch each day of the school
• Transportation provided between Caesars Hotel & Casino/Golf School/Cascata

Airfare is not included and is the responsibility of the winner. Prize must be redeemed by August 31, 2009. Winner must abide by all rules and regulations of the Butch Harmon School of Golf and Rio Secco.

Entrant's Responsibilities. By entering the Give-Away, each entrant agrees: that he has read, understands, and will comply with these Rules; to be solely responsible for payment of any and all taxes due and for any liability related to such participation or prize; and to defend and hold WorldGolf.com, LLC. and its related officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns harmless from any such liability. Failure to comply with these Rules will result in disqualification. Each entrant represents and warrants that he is eligible to participate, the information being submitted is correct, and that the entry constitutes consent, without further compensation, for the WorldGolf.com, LLC. and its representatives to use the entrant's name and photo and an interview for any advertising or promotional use without respect to whether related to this event, including that his name may be posted or published in any manner. Winning entrant will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability to receive their prizes.

Use of Entry Information. The entry information for the Give-Away will be given to WorldGolf.com, LLC, Butch Harmon School of Golf, and Harrah’s. All use of information by WorldGolf.com will be within the guidelines set forth in WorldGolf.com’s Privacy Policy.

Attempt to Interfere; Disruption of Service. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any online service or web site or to undermine the legitimate operations of the Give-Away or any WorldGolf.com, LLC web site is a violation of criminal and civil laws. WorldGolf.com, LLC reserves the right to cancel the Give-Away if it becomes technically corrupted. WorldGolf.com, LLC. is not responsible for any disruption of service, equipment failure, or other events beyond its control.

Void Where Prohibited. The Give-Away is subject to all United States federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and rules. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
