Course Reviews

Course Name The Links at Safehaven
Location Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, B.W.I.
Comments from Sid Isenberg, Grand Cayman, B.W.I.
Beautiful course, feels like you are playing right in the middle of the ocean. Challenging, water in play on almost every hole, and lots of sand. There are five tee boxes, so anyone can play and enjoy. Forward tees make it a good ladies course. Lots of wind, so you are forced to think every shot. Beware, everything is pricey in the Caymans. Check out a package with where you are staying.

Comments from Edward Bozaan, New York, New York, USA
As with many island courses, the course has strong trade winds. On the front nine, most holes have plenty of water. Take a few extra balls. The narrow fairways are very challenging, and water traps abound.
The scenery and the ocean views are very pretty. It reminds you of Scotland somehow. As a championship course, it is naturally billed as a "must for all golfers". Be sure to play it.
The day I played the greens were in rough shape. Lots of sand. Call ahead. Brittania at the Hyatt was in better shape that day and I regretted I did not play there.
