Situated on the North East coast of England, in the shadow of Bamburgh Castle, the golf course provides spectacular views, especially from thew 15th tee where Bamburgh, Lindisfarne and Dunstanburgh Castles can all be clearly seen (on a good day). The course itself, although not long, can be very testing in the wind. The par 3 8th hole is one of the most picturesque holes most people will play.
